NEW CLIENT APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE EVERY WEEK

Allied 42 was created with a simple belief:
Independence isn’t just about equipment or modifications - it’s about supporting the whole person within their environment.
Hi, I’m Samantha - an Occupational Therapist, Gympie local for almost 5 years and the founder of Allied 42.
After 10+ years working in the Queensland Health sector as an OT, I saw something that didn’t sit right.
Too many people over 50 were only accessing support after something had gone wrong - a fall, a hospital stay, or a sudden loss of independence.
But it doesn’t have to be that way.
Allied 42 was built to change the focus from reactive care to proactive support - helping people stay strong, independent, and confident in their everyday lives for as long as possible.
I’m a qualified, registered Occupational Therapist with experience across:
I’ve spent years supporting people to navigate real-life challenges - not just in clinical settings, but in their homes, routines, and communities.
That’s shaped how Allied 42 works today:
Practical, personalised, and focused on what actually matters to you.
Our Focus
Allied 42 provides proactive, community-based Occupational Therapy for adults who are at risk of functional decline due to ageing, illness, disability or injury.
We work with clients to:
Rather than focusing only on immediate safety, we look closely at what truly determines whether someone can remain at home:
We focus on early, proactive support to prevent decline and reduce the risk of hospitalisation.

At Allied 42, we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy.
We take the time to understand:
From there, we create simple, realistic strategies that fit into your life - not the other way around.
Sometimes that’s:
We accept referrals from GPs, allied health professionals, support coordinators, and private clients.
Private services are available, with quotes and invoicing suitable for health fund claims.

At Allied 42, we are dedicated to empowering adults to live strong, healthy, and connected lives by providing expert allied health care, including occupational therapy, supportive group rehabilitation, engaging fitness experiences, and strong social connections.
Because everyone deserves to live at home.

Our experienced allied health professionals are passionate about supporting people in the Gympie community to stay active, independent, and doing the things they enjoy.
We take the time to understand each person’s goals and provide practical, personalised support to help them move well and feel confident in everyday life.

We provide a wide array of allied health solutions, including 1:1 home visits, equipment and exercise prescriptions, home modifications, and in-home oedema management, all aimed at empowering adults in the Gympie region health services.
In 2026, we will be expanding with a new space and exciting group services.
